Municipality of Labo, Camarines Norte headed by Mayor Jojo Francisco conducted a benchmark activity of Biñan’s best practices that led to the achievement of its Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG).
Mayor Arman Dimaguila and Vice Mayor GEL Alonte, together with the other City Officials welcomed the delegates of the said LGU.
