Two hundred nineteen (219) out-of-school youth graduated on the Life Skill Training conducted by the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) headed by Mr. Romualdo Garcia, in partnership with JobStart Philippines, on November 24, 2017 at People’s Center, Brgy. Zapote, City of Biñan. The graduation was then followed by a mini Job Fair, together with its partner companies. The ten-day training started on November 13 which includes knowledge on personality development and work ethics. Youth ages 18-24 participated on the said activity. This aims to give more opportunities to Biñanenses and to lessen unemployment. JobStart Philippines is funded by the Government of Canada with the technical assistance of Asian Development Bank, implemented by Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), PESO and the City Government of Biñan.
