BCHATO Head Dr. BJ Borja accepts the recognition from the University of Santo Tomas for the City Government of Biñan for being “a partner of UST-College of Tourism and Hospitality Management in promoting meaning partnerships and notable academic collaborations”.
UST and Biñan have historical ties since the 17th century – both being managed by the Dominican friars, the former being a university and the latter being an ecclesiastical estate. At present, UST Graduate School-Center for Conservation of Cultural Property and Environment in the Tropics (USTGS-CCCPET) is the consultant of the City of Biñan’s 10-Year Cultural Heritage Management and Development Plan. | December 5, 2023
