The Municipality if Guinayangan, Quezon headed by Mayor Cesar Isaac III, visited the City of Biñan on September 11 for a benchmarking activity.
Mr. Ron Roscain, together with the DRRM staff, presented Biñan’s best practices in disaster preparedness and initiatives. The activity highlighted the city’s state-of-the-art Command, Control and Communications Center, and Radyo Biñan 87.9 managed by Ms. Maria Bonacua.
