The City of Biñan was awarded back-to-back Grand Champion in the category BEST PROGRAM FOR CULTURE AND ARTS AWARD, and another Grand Champion trophy for the much coveted BEST TOURISM-ORIENTED LGU AWARD category at this evening’s ATOP-DOT Pearl Awards 2023 in Boracay.
Pearl Awards honor outstanding programs and best practices of LGUs in tourism, arts and culture management and governance. The City of Biñan has been a constant winner at the annual Pearl Awards since 2018.
