The City Government of San Pablo, Laguna conducted a benchmarking activity to the City Government of Biñan on November 18, focusing on the Emergency Operations Center (EOC), also known as the Command, Control, and Communications Center.
As part of the activity, the delegation also toured Radyo Biñan 87.9, the city-run radio station that plays a key role in disseminating timely public information, especially during disasters and critical events.
San Pablo LGU aims to gather best practices and insights that will help strengthen and guide the establishment of their own EOC.
