BIÑAN CITY — The City Government of Biñan underwent the 2024 Local Government Unit Compliance Assessment (LGU-CA) under the Manila Bay Clean-Up, Rehabilitation, and Preservation Program (MBCRPP) on September 18.
The Regional Inter-Agency Committee (RIAC) facilitated both the table assessment and onsite validation to review the city’s environmental initiatives. The evaluation aimed to measure Biñan’s compliance with national directives on the protection, rehabilitation, and sustainable management of Manila Bay and its connected waterways.
