The City Government of Biñan, through the Gender and Development Office conducted the HIV Awareness for All Rise Above Stigma: Gender and HIV Awareness Discussion on December 1, in observance of World AIDS Day.

This event aims to strengthen public understanding of HIV and AIDS, promote early testing and prevention, and address the persistent stigma faced by people living with HIV.

Participants learned about the current state of HIV in the Philippines, gender-related risk factors, and community-based strategies to support affected individuals.
