Mayor Arman Dimaguila presented the programs and status of on-going projects for the year 2023 per governance areas at the Annual Executive-Legislative Agenda (ELA) Assessment. With the Governance Areas of the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) in mind, the city government will put into premium delivery of services to their constituents for the year 2023 onwards.
