A Stride Towards the City’s Peace and Order

In full support of the Local Government Unit, our Honorable City Mayor Atty. Walfredo “Arman” R. Dimaguila Jr. and beloved City Vice Mayor Angelo “Gel” B. Alonte together with the Biñan PNP, headed by Col. Elpidio A. Ramirez, and Association of Barangay Council President Hon. Rommel Dicdican, the City Public Order and Safety Office, fronted by Ferrnando S. Reyes held a seminar. ANTI- DRUG ABUSE SEMINAR and Professionalization of Brgy. Tanod was conducted last April 20 at Biñan City People’s Center, City Hall Complex. Councilors Hon. Wilfredo I. Bejasa Jr., Hon. Flaviano D. Pecaña Jr and some Barangay Captains and Kagawad took part in the preceding program. Issues/Topics tackled were: *Anti-Drugs Abuse *Domestic Violence Handling *Patrolling/Ronda Operation *Crime scene Preservation *Warrant less Arrest *Traffic Management/Acct Invest *Katarungang Pambarangay *Basic Intelligence Gathering Its objective is to educate the representatives of all 24 barangays on monitoring and mitigating the instances of drug abuse as well as resolving criminal cases in Biñan City.more photos
