Biñanenses won at the recently concluded Search for Best Plantitos and Plantitas of Laguna 2022 on April 19. Ms. Meriam Buising Sta. Rosa placed 1st for Individual Urban Gardening while St. Francis IV, Brgy. San Francisco placed 3rd for Community Urban Gardening. Both received trophies and P10,000 cash prize. Meanwhile, City Agriculture Office headed by Mr. Antonio Aguilar received a Certificate of Appreciation from the provincial office for their outstanding implementation of Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Fund Seed Program for 2022 Dry Season.
