Mayor Atty. Walfredo ‘Arman’ R. Dimaguila, Jr., celebrated his first anniversary as the Mayor of our city on June 30, 2017 at Biñan City Hall, Brgy Zapote, City of Biñan, Laguna. The employees, Department Heads and the City Councilors, coordinated to make the surprise celebration possible. They also celebrated not only the accomplishments and recognitions but also the changes brought by Mayor Arman with the effective help of Vice Mayor Angelo B. Alonte. In addition, Mayor Arman continued to support and extend the projects initiated by our former Mayor and now the representative of the Lone District of Biñan , Congresswoman Len Alonte-Naguiat.
