Rizal Day 2017

On the occasion of the 121st anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Rizal’s martyrdom, BCHATO Officer, Mr. BJ Borja, together with the city officials and Biñan PNP, enjoined the flag and wreath laying ceremonies on December 30, 2017 at the Jose Rizal Monument, Biñan City Hall Grounds.
