Mayor Gel Alonte, Vice Mayor Dada Reyes, and Ms. Jenny Anne Sarmiento of the City Human Resource Development Office led the ribbon cutting ceremony and opening of Kadiwa and City Employees Entrepreneur on September 15 in Biñan City Hall Grounds.
The activity was held in celebration of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.
