Freshers from San Francisco Senior High School win the debate over anti-federalism on August 07, 2017 at People’s Center Auditorium, Brgy. Zapote, City of Biñan, Laguna. Different pros and cons of Federalism had been discussed on the said event. The Pro Federalism team has successfully defended certain benefits and positive effects this kind of system will bring the country. The 9th Atty. Arman R. Dimaguila Inter-School Debate with the question “Tama at Dapat bang Ipatupad ang Federal na Pamahalaan sa Pilipinas?,” was initiated by our hardworking local chief executive, in coordination with the Youth Sports and Development.
