Mayor Arman Dimaguila turns over P1M donation to the Confederation of Homeowners Federations of Biñan City Inc. today, December 9, 2021. Half of the said donation is distributed to five Homeowners Association Federation – Canlalay, Delasan, Jubilation, San Francisco and Sto. Tomas which will be used for their livelihood programs.
