Biñan City Mayor-elect Gel Alonte, Vice Mayor-elect Dada Reyes, and Congressman-elect Arman Dimaguila attended the opening ceremony of the 15th Puto Latik Festival this morning, May 15 at Plaza Rizal.
Other elected officials, department heads, LGU employees and different organizations also joined this year’s celebration — “Makiisa. Makisaya. Makisayaw!”
