City Hall Grounds – In observance of the National Culture Consciousness Week, The City of Biñan celebrated the Francisco Mercado-Teodora Alonso union thru a local historical marker on July 02, 2018. Mercado and Alonso, both from Biñan were married on June 28, 1848. Our national hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal was the 7th of their eleven children.more photos
