“We are requiring SK Chairpersons sa tamang paggamit ng pondo sa tamang proyekto para sa mga kabataan at toddlers,” Mayor Arman Dimaguila said during his second State of the Children’s Address (SOCA). The program was held at the Alonte Sports Arena on November 21, 2018 in celebration of the National Children’s Month. City Social Welfare and Development Office headed by Ms. Isadora Pascual together with the Child Development workers organized the said event.more photos
