On September 7, 2017, Mayor Arman Dimaguila headed the distribution of Mobile Computer Laboratory (MCL) to St. Francis National High School and Southville 5A National High School, supervised by Ms. Abigail Alipio and Ms. Jeanette Alvarez, respectively. DepEd Superintendent, Dr. Hereberto Miranda, members of the City Council, Brgy. Capt. Manong Catalon of San Francisco and Brgy. Capt. Rodolfo Montañez of Langkiwa were present to support the city mayor and his program. “Kasama ang ating Congresswoman Len Alonte at Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, gusto nating itaas pa ang kalidad ng edukasyon,” Mayor Armain said. One of his main objectives is to improve and upgrade the quality of education provided by public schools in Biñan. And to achieve this, Mayor Arman targets to provide all public schools with MCL – movable teacher’s table with tablets, projector and projector screen, by this year. According to our city mayor, participation of the citizen also plays a vital role in faster and better implementation of programs and projects.
