Mayor Arman Dimaguila presented Biñan’s accomplishments, nutrition programs and best practices amid pandemic to the National Evaluation Team for the MELLPI PRO Validation. The City is vying for the Nutrition Honor Award (NHA), the highest distinction given by the National Nutrition Council (NNC) to an LGU in recognition of its outstanding implementation of nutrition programs.
