Despite the suspension of work in government offices due to the National Day of Protest, our Local Chief Executive, Atty. Walfredo R. Dimaguila, Jr., was able to attend the ALPHA General Membership Meeting on September 21, 2017 at the Technopark Hotel, Sta. Rosa, Laguna. Mayor Arman was invited as a guest speaker on the said assembly and discussed about the state-of-the-art Command, Control and Communication Centre, Biñan 911 Apllication, Rescue Vehicles and other projects he already accomplished in the City of Biñan. Tine-train natin ang mga tao natin pinapakita natin na sa tulong ng mga kababayan natin at mga karatig-lungsod natin it will be easier for us to in case na dumating ‘yung “Big One” o anumang insidente. Ipapakita natin na hindi lang pamahalaan ang inaasahan dahil sa Lungsod ng Biñan, Mamamayan ay Maaasahan. The Association of Laguna Technopark Personnel and Human Resource Administrators, Inc.
