Education is the key to success but only few have the circumstances in doing so. To break down the barriers in pursuing it, we need someone to lend their hand for the unfortunate. Back when Mayor Arman and Congresswoman Len were councilors, they noticed the dilemma and thought of the idea in establishing the Iskolar Ng Biñan. Since 2001 up until now, INB has been supporting Biñanense college students to have free of cost tuition. In the morning of May 30, 2017 at Alonte Sports Arena, 991 grantees were consolidated to attend the general assembly. The Biñan Chorale of BCHATO sung the National Anthem and Biñan Hymn. City Councilors gave heart- warming messages to the scholars followed by the inspirational message of City Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, and to give academic directions and his plans for the future City Mayor Arman took the stage. Lastly, the City Education Office head Mr. Edmil Recibe and staff regulated the granting of enrollment permits to each school.more photos
