Ms. Lourdes Dimaguila, GAD Focal Person, led an orientation and consulation forum with parents of children with special needs. Presented to them were the existing programs of the City Goverment of Biñan for assessment, rehabilitation and therapy program under Biñan Child Development Center; and partnership with other stakeholders for an inclusive approach for Community Base Rehabilitation. Giving knowledge to the parents or caregivers of these children aims to help them understand different approach to be given to children with Autism, ADHD, and Down Syndrome to name a few. | February 19, 2024
