The City Government of Biñan, thru the City Population Office, launched the first Teen Kiosk in the city at Jacobo Z. Gonzales Memorial NHS and Trade on June 9, 2023.
Mayor Arman Dimaguila, City Population Officer, Atty. Mian Yco, POPCOM Regional Director Marilyn Ogaya and School Principal Mildred Diche-Diña spearheaded the Launching and MOA Signing of Jacobo Teen Kiosk.
Jacobo Teen Kiosk is a tripartite agreement among DepEd, PopCom and LGU-Biñan. This facility would be utilized by the students of JZGMNHS with activities prescribed by DepEd and POPCom. Also, Adolescent Friendly Information and Counseling on body changes, menstruation, responsible parenthood; Health Services such as HIV/AIDS information and counseling; Adolescent Nutrition Education and Counseling; and Referral for Special Service to Teen Parents Clinic were among the services offered in the said facility.
