The DTI Negosyo Center Program Management Office (NC-PMO) conducted its in-person monitoring at Negosyo Center Biñan City to assess service delivery, facilities, and support programs for local MSMEs on November 5.
The NC-PMO delegation, headed by Ms. Niambi Denise B. Giray and Ms. Zarrabel-Ara R. Cahindo, was warmly accommodated by the Local Government Unit of Biñan City through Atty. Edward Vange Arriba, BPLO Head & NC Biñan Manager, together with City Councilor Christopher Alba and City Councilor Titus Baustista.
The team likewise commended the continued efforts of the LGU in strengthening NC operations and ensuring an enabling environment for entrepreneurs through accessible facilities, counseling services, and responsive local initiatives.
