Delegates from the Municipality of San Antonio, Quezon conducted a benchmarking activity in the City of Biñan, highlighted by a courtesy visit to Mayor Angelo Alonte on January 13.

As part of the activity, the delegation toured key offices of the City Government, including the Biñan City Command, Control, and Communications Center, the City Treasurer’s Office, and the Business Permit and Licensing Office—running the Business One Stop Shop.

The delegation benchmarked Biñan’s systems in real-time monitoring and emergency response, streamlined financial transactions, and fast, customer-focused business registration processes.
