April 21,2017, Friday. The City Public Information Office of Biñan will distribute the maiden issue of the newsletter “Biñan Eye Bulletin” & Biñan Hotlines No.(BIÑAN-911). to all barangays and subdivisions in the city of Biñan. 200 copies will be given to each subdivision for free. Around 12,000 copies of newsletters and 5000 copies of Binan Hotline No.’s in total will be circulated in every house. The main objective of the newsletter is to keep our constituents well informed and updated on the many programs and activities of our City Mayor Atty. Walfredo R.
