Biñan LGU has earned another prestigious accolade, achieving a “Perfect Functionality Rating” in the 2024 Anti-Drug Abuse Council (ADAC) Performance Audit.

The City of Biñan received its 6th SGLG today, December 10 at the Manila Hotel. Mayor Arman Dimaguila and Vice Mayor GEL Alonte, together with CLGOO Lenie Bautista accepted the award from DILG.
Biñan successfully passed the comprehensive SGLG ‘all-in’ assessment criteria which includes vital sectors such as financial administration and sustainability, disaster preparedness, social protection and sensitivity, health compliance and responsiveness, sustainable education, business-friendliness and competitiveness, safety, and peace and order, environmental management, tourism, heritage development, culture and arts, and youth development.
