Congratulations City of Biñan sa pagkamit ng Gawad Edukampyon For Early Childhood Care and Development in the Component City Category. Highlighted in the accomplishment report submitted to the awards committee are the following:
1. Scholarship grant provided to Child Development Workers;
2. Construction of the NCDC and additional Child Development Centers;
3. Radio-based instructions for parents and guardians of children enrolled in the 48 CDCs.
