The City of Biñan was conferred with the Seal of Child-Friendly Local Governance (SCFLG) for passing the 2022 SCFLG audit.
Mayor Arman Dimaguila, together with CSWD Officer Olay Casbadillo, DILG Officer Fatima Alon and CHO Head, Dr. Mirabelle Benjamin received the award from the Regional Sub-Committee for the Welfare of Children today, April 4, 2024 at Carmona Community Center, Cavite.
