City of Biñan named as Outstanding Anti-Drug Abuse Council in 2021
LUCENA CITY – Mayor Arman Dimaguila and DILG Officer Fatima Alon accepted the Plaque of Recognition given to the City of Biñan for being one of the Outstanding Anti-Drug Abuse Councils in 2021.
Meanwhile, the Local Peace and Order Council (POC) was recognized as one of the Functional sub-national POCs in 2019 and 2021 POC Performance Audit.
