Town Plaza – Mayor Arman Dimaguila, together with the members of the City Council headed by Vice Mayor GEL Alonte Department Heads, DepEd Biñan, PUP – Biñan, PNP and BFP were among the attendees in the historical Flag and Wreath Laying Ceremonies held in commemoration of the 120th Philippine Independence Day.
