The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the City of Biñan marked a significant milestone with the signing of Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on August 12 at the Mayor’s Office Conference Room.
Mayor Arman Dimaguila, Atty. Edward Vange Arriba and Coun. Christopher Alba represented Biñan, while DTI was represented by ARD Revelyn P. Cortez and PD Christian Tungohan.
“This year has been a blessed year for us, most especially to the City of Biñan. Narealize ko na it’s a testament that we’re doing good for the country and something great for the City of Biñan,” Atty. Arriba said.
Following the MOA signing was the ceremonial awarding of Biñan’s Presidential Awards for Outstanding Development Partners and 2024 Lunsod Lunsad.
