The City Environment and Natural Resources Office, together with the DILG Biñan, and the 24 barangays of the city conducted a simultaneous clean-up drive on January 21.

The activity was organized in observance of the Zero Waste Month 2026, and the 25th signing anniversary of the Republic Act 9003 or the Ecological Solid Waste Management Act with the theme “Honoring our Past, Renewing Commitments, Innovating for a Cleaner Tomorrow.”
