Members of the City Anti-Drug Abuse Council, together with Mayor Arman Dimaguila, P/Supt. Jong Ramirez of PNP Binan, and Mrs. Loyola Viriña of DILG, held its 2nd Quarterly Meeting on July 13, 2017. Mayor Arman donated 100 drug test kits to be used for CADAC’s programs against illegal drugs. Expect the consistent resistance of our City Mayor and the City Government of Biñan against illegal drugs.more photos
