The City Government of Biñan through BCHATO headed by Mr. BJ Borja and members of the City Council unveiled the Local Historical Marker of Cayo Yatco Alzona in commemoration of his 150th on April 23, 2018 in Biñan City Hall. Alzona was the first head of Foreign Affairs during Mabini’s Cabinet First Philippine Republic in 1898-1899. He became Mabini’s private secretary and later on served as provincial fiscal of Isabela and Quezon, Judge of the Court of the First Instance-Romblon, Antique, Iloilo, Cavite and Laguna.more photos
