April 29, 2019 – Biñan passed the Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG) Regional Assessment held thru on-site validation and table assessment with the concerned department heads. Out of 6 towns visited, regional assessment team announced that Biñan is first to comply with all the requirements. LGOO Ms. Quennie Malleon, head of the team added that Biñan is a certified clean passer under regional assessment and is qualified for national validation.more photos
