Mayor Arman Dimaguila arrived early at the Blessing and Ribbon cutting Ceremony of the Biñan City Pound – shelter for stray dogs, on August 7, 2018 at Organik Farm, Brgy. Dela Paz. Together with the City Councilors, action man also inspected the facility which can accommodate 50 dogs, and has two tricycles that are set to roam around the city in the coming days.more photos
