Biñan LGU, Zuellig Foundation, DOH, POPCom sign MOU for The Challenge Initiative Implementation

The City Government of Biñan, through the City Population Office, Commission on Population, Department of Health and Zuellig Foundation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for The Challenge Initiative (TCI) Implementation on May 7, 2024.

Mayor Arman Dimaguila, Zuellig Family Foundation President and Executive Director Austere Panadero, Population Officer, Atty. Mian Yco inked the MOU.

This collaboration aims to combat and decrease adolescent pregnancy by providing family planning services; address reproductive health and family planning issues; and design policies that promote healthy communities.
