Biñan City Veterinary Office turned over new barangay impounding units to 13 barangays this morning, July 14, during the flag raising ceremony.
Barangays San Antonio, Bungahan, Dela Paz, Ganada, Loma, Malaban, Malamig, Platero, San Francisco, San Jose, San Vicente, Sto. Domingo, and Zapote received the units. This initiative of the LGU aims to enhance barangays’ capacity to promptly respond to reports of stray or injured animals, enforce local ordinance on pet registration and vaccination, and promote responsible pet ownership.
