Biñan City Veterinary Office awarded the Barangay Impounding Unit to the Top 9 Performing Barangays for their proactive efforts in implementing City Ordinance No. 4 (2017), mandated by the “Biñan City Anti-Rabies Control Act of 2016”, in accordance with Republic Act 9482. The top 9 barangays are as follows:
• Langkiwa
• Canlalay
• Santo Niño
• Santo Tomas
• Soro-Soro
• Timbao
• Tubigan
• Poblacion
• Mamplasan
