Biñan City launched the Museum Memorabilia of Brig. Gen. Crispino M. de Castro (1912-1993) on July 08, 2017 at Sentrong Pangkultura ng Biñan, Brgy. Poblacion, Biñan City, Laguna. The launching was in full support of Mayor Arman Dimaguila, Brig. Gen. de Castro’s family and the Biñan City History, Arts and Tourism Office (BCHATO). Brig. Gen. de Castro was the first chairman of NAPOLCOM, founder of National Police Academy of the Philippines and Command and General Staff School (now National Defense College) of the AFP, contributor of the National Police Law of the Philippines and member of the 1986 Constitutional Commission.more photos
