Last April 4 & 5, A total of 5,105 elementary graduates coming from 26 public elementary schools and 3,396 grade 10 HS students moving up to grade 11, from 8 public high schools in the city of Biñan had their graduation and recognition day, in the morning and in the afternoon, respectively. All honor students received an Aguila Trophy “Seal of Excellence” from City Mayor Atty. Walfredo R. Dimaguila Jr. and cash incentives for Class Valedictorians and Salutatorians. Our City Mayor firmly believes that poverty is not a hindrance to success. Nobody should be excluded from education because of poverty. Education and perseverance are keys to be successful in life!
