To propagate its campaign on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Awareness, the City Health Office II directed by Dr. Jenalyn Mendoza conducted a seminar entitled “Biñan City CPR Ready, Save-A-Life Hands Only CPR Awareness Camapaign” on September 27, 2017 at People’s Center, Brgy. Zapote, City of Biñan. The said seminar was attended by Mayor Arman Dimaguila, Vice Mayor Gel Alonte, Dr. Regente Lapak, City Marshals and students from Trimex Colleges and Alpha Angelicum Academy. Doing CPR is as easy as ABC; A for airway, make sure that the airway is open by tilting the head or lifting the chin; B for breathing, give two (2) one-second breaths; and C for compression to assist circulation. On the other hand, Hands Only CPR only needs head tilt and thirty (30) compressions.more photos
