In line with the celebration of our national hero, Jose Rizal’s birth anniversary last June 19, the City of Biñan government announced the court decision which stated that the Biñan local government now has the possession of Rizal’s maternal ancestral house – the Alberto Mansion in Brgy. Poblacion. The Writ of Possession was issued to the City of Biñan last June 16, 2017, days before our national hero’s birthday. Present in the event were our City Mayor Atty. Walfredo R. Dimaguila, Jr., City Vice Mayor Angelo Alonte, City Councilors Rommel Dicdican (ABC Pres.), Jay Souza, Gener Romantigue, Echit Desuasido, Dada Reyes (Pres. PCL Laguna chapter), Liza Cardeño, Ms. Ophie Abaya Mr. Nani Concepcion, Ms. Frances Cabrales Sy, Mr. Benjie Villanueva, BCHATO headed by Mr. BJ Borja and the members of the Biñan Culuture, History, Arts and Tourism Office (BCHATO).
