Biñan bags first Gawad Kalasag Seal of Excellence, declared ‘beyond compliant’ by NDRRMC
Mayor Arman Dimaguila and Vice Mayor GEL Alonte received Biñan’s first-ever Gawad Kalasag Seal of Excellence from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) at the Manila Hotel today, December 7, 2022. The City of Biñan thru its Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) headed by Ms. Maria Bonacua was declared ‘Beyond Compliant’ for garnering a 2.81 rating and exceeded the standards for the establishment and functionality of LDRRMCOs.
