Bay LGU benchmarks Biñan’s environmental initiatives

Officials from Bay, Laguna conducted an environmental benchmarking visit to the City of Biñan on May 9 focusing on key facilities such as the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF), Command Center, and Composting Facility.

The delegation learned about Biñan’s efficient recycling innovations, and composting strategies that support its eco-friendly city initiatives. The visit aimed to replicate these best practices in Bay’s own environmental programs.
