Barangay Road Clearing Operation

Spearheaded by the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG)–Biñan, together with other members of the Composite Validation and Assessment Task Team, the Philippine National Police (PNP), the Public Order and Safety Office (POSO), the BTFRB, Civil Society Organization (CSO), and the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), the Barangay Road Clearing Operation (BarCo), Halina’t Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay (HAPAG), and KALINISAN Validation were successfully conducted on Friday, January 16.

The operations covered the barangays of Canlalay, San Vicente, Platero, San Antonio, and Sto. Niño. Authorities removed vehicles and other obstructions blocking the roads to ensure the community’s cleanliness and orderliness.

Meanwhile, the HAPAG and KALINISAN validation activities were also conducted to promote urban gardening, environmental conservation, and food sustainability.
