Biñan City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) once again, hosted the Bangkarera sa Lawa on July 31, 2024 in Brgy. Malaban.
The boat racing activity was participated by fisherfolks and was designed to raise awareness in liquid waste management to households residing near Laguna de Bay and Biñan River.
